Singer and music creator Lotta Svart (Lotta Svartsjö, b. 1980) is known for her captivating soulful voice and charismatic stage presence. Her music draws inspiration from life's unexpected twists and turns. Throughout her 25-year music career, Lotta has worked extensively on stage, television, and in theater, and she has been actively sought after as a studio singer. She is notably remembered from the early 2000s as one of the members of the pop group I'DeeS, whose biggest hit Time still plays on Finnish radio channels. In the past decade, Lotta, together with her band Tears Apart, has created smoothly beating soul-pop and released two English-language albums that have received acclaim: Tears Apart (Ilmaa Music, 2014) and LOVE (Ilmaa Music, 2022). Finn fem fel (“Find Five Errors”) is the first single release from the upcoming EP. The song tells a poignant story of a relationship crumbling when the lovers can no longer see the goodness in each other or appreciate each other’s unique qualities.
